If the minimum order amount for free shipping is not reached, a charge of $30/kg (Hong Kong) or $40/kg (Macau) will apply.

Most areas will receive their orders the next day (excluding remote areas). No shipments on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Refund/ Exchange Policy
Cottea offers a 7-day free return/exchange service, calculated from the date the customer receives the products. If you are not satisfied with the product, please contact customer service to submit your request 👉🏻 (WhatsApp Customer Service) / (Facebook Customer Service).
Return Policy
Please ensure that the following conditions are met to enjoy the 7-day free return service:
The refund process will be handled on the same day the returned product is successfully received. After the refund is processed successfully, customers will receive a notification via email or SMS from the system. The refund will be returned to the relevant credit card account within approximately 3-7 working days (actual time depends on the credit card company).

Exchange Policy

- Less than 7 days since you received the product?
- Do you still have the original packaging of the product?
- Customers will need to bear the return shipping costs.
The new item will be shipped out within 1-2 days after successfully receiving the returned product, and the shipping cost for the new item will be covered by us.
Once you successfully place your order, you will receive an email notification containing the order details and amount. Due to environmental considerations, we do not proactively print physical receipts, and we hope for your understanding.
