Payment FAQs

1. What payment methods do you accept? +

We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and FPS (Faster Payment System for Hong Kong).

2. PayMe and FPS (Faster Payment System) FAQs +

PayMe: Not accepted at this time. ❌

FPS (Faster Payment System): FPS is fully integrated into our checkout system and available as a payment option. Please note that the payee name will appear as "Airwallex" instead of our company name "Cottea"— but don't worry, this is normal and secure. Simply proceed with the payment. Once your payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation email, which means your order has been placed. ✅

3. How do I apply a discount code at checkout? +

You can enter the discount code on the Cart page or Checkout page. Look for the field labeled “Discount code” or “Promo code” before completing payment. If you're using a mobile device, you may need to expand the summary section to see the input field.

8. How long does it take to receive my refund? +

Refunds are processed within 3-7 business days after confirmation email.

Delivery FAQs

4. Shipping and Delivery Information +

We primarily use SF Express for delivery(For HK & Macau), Hong Kong Post (For Singapore & Malaysia)

Hong Kong: Free shipping for orders over HK$139. For orders below HK$139, a delivery fee of HK$30 per kg will be charged.

Macau: Free shipping for orders over HK$199. For orders below HK$199, a delivery fee of HK$40 per kg will be charged.

Singapore & Malaysia: Auto-calculated by weight (see cart page shipping calculator). Delivery via Hongkong Post


(Please note: Some products may not be available for delivery to Macau, Singapore and Malaysia due to customs restrictions.)

5. How long does it take to ship after I place an order? +
  • Orders placed before 1:00 PM (Monday to Friday) will be shipped by the next day.

  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM on Friday or during public holidays will be shipped on the following Monday or the next working day.
6. Can I track my order after it has been shipped +

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from our system.

The email will include a unique tracking number for your order. You can use this tracking number to check the delivery status on the official website of the courier:

7. Can I change the delivery address or courier after placing an order +

If your order has not yet been shipped, you may contact us as soon as possible to request changes to the delivery address or courier - Default SF-express for HK & Macau; HK Post for Singapore & Malaysia (Must with your Order Number)

Refund/ Return FAQs

9. I received a wrong item in 🇲🇾 Malaysia. What should I do? +

Please send a photo to our customer service. A refund will be arranged.

10. If I am a 🇸🇬 Singapore customer and I bought the wrong item, what should I do to exchange it? +
