在香港,相信不少人都依賴晨早那杯咖啡。當你朋友想你推薦一款咖啡,你又會點形容咖啡呢?描述:好香咖啡味/  夠苦/ 夠濃 ?可能未必夠。可嘗試從香氣內3種不同方向🧭尋找適合“你杯茶”形容詞,同時都可以幫自己搵返接近自己喜歡的咖啡豆種。

1.水果香味(淺烘/偏淺)
沖泡完,咖啡可能已大概彌漫住酸酸甜甜的感覺。入口有時偏向檸檬水/西柚的酸🍋🍏;有時會較橙汁的酸中偏甜🍊🍑。

2.榛果/堅果香味(中烘/中淺)
榛果/堅果是一種接近食乾果小食e.g 花生🥜或核桃🌰,有種烘烤過的味道,濃厚的香口刺激之後會帶有微微甜感。

3.焦燶/草藥可可香味(深烘)
焦燶/草藥可可香味是咖啡經過較長時間的烘焙,所以你會見到有呢類型的咖啡豆較深色或帶有油亮在豆表面。風味好似食緊80—99%黑朱古力般的苦甜🍫,不會有較明顯的酸感,更有部分深烘豆伴隨少量草本🌿香氣🪵,多層味覺享受。如果烘焙過度或失敗,咖啡豆未沖可能已有一陣油益味或焦燶味,常見於深烘的咖啡豆。
