This Brazil Mogiana pulped natural drip bag coffee is roasted to a medium level. It opens with roasted nutty notes and a gentle natural sweetness, with a smooth, rounded mouthfeel and very little noticeable acidity.
Bitterness is low. Rather than the heavy or charred bitterness of a dark roast, it has only a soft roasted bitterness in the background. The sweetness stands slightly above the bitterness, giving the cup a balanced but gently sweet overall profile.
