This Costa Rica coffee from Rivense Estate, El Mango lot, is roasted to a light-medium level with a clean, soft and sweet profile. The cup opens with gentle fruit notes and mild acidity, followed by honey-like sweetness and a brown sugar impression. The finish is clean, soft and lightly tea-like. It is not a bright high-acidity coffee, but a smooth and delicately layered cup.
The Passion Honey process supports sweetness and clarity without pushing the acidity too far. This coffee is best enjoyed black, especially for those who prefer a clean, sweet and tea-like finish. It is a good choice if you want a touch of fruitiness without sharp acidity or heavy bitterness.
