If the minimum order amount for free shipping is not reached, a charge of $30/kg (Hong Kong) or $40/kg (Macau) will apply.

Most areas will receive their orders the next day (excluding remote areas). No shipments on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. The refund process will be handled on the same day the returned product is successfully received.
