1. How to join the reward scheme?

Before completing your purchase, please log in to your member account. If you do not have a member account yet, please Sign Up first. If you join after making the payment, the points from that purchase will not be automatically credited to your member account. Customers with existing member accounts will automatically earn points while shopping. >Click to Sign up.
2. How to get the Cottea Points?

Earn 1 point for every $1 spent (excluding shipping fees, taxes, and gift cards).
3. How to check your Cottea Points balance?

Login your Account and you will see your points balance after click the button "Redeem Coupon" OR

In your account page see "Member Zone" like   >Here to login
4. How to use/ redeem Cottea Points?

Use your points to redeem reward discount codes. The discount codes can be applied on the shopping cart page only. Do not enter the discount codes on the checkout page!
