焙茶常見於日本的茶類飲品,所以焙茶日文是ほうじ茶。焙茶簡單來說是指經過烘焙的茶葉,通常是使用高溫烘焙處的出特屬的茶香和口感。茶葉因為烘焙高過程會產生出一些化學物質使焙茶擁有較濃郁的茶香和口感,正正因為這種特殊性而深受茶葉愛好者喜歡。

焙茶的種類和其口感特色:

焙茶本身只要是茶葉經過高溫烘焙都可以稱為焙茶,市場上常見的焙茶都是使用綠茶茶葉或烏龍茶茶葉,不同人烘焙出的焙茶不僅因為使用不同茶葉類型或烘焙程度而產生不同的香氣和口感,這就是它的特殊之處。

談及茶葉的口感和特色,相信不難感受到綠茶與烏龍茶之間有較明顯的差異。首先,種類上綠茶是未經發酵的茶,反之,烏龍茶是屬於部分發酵。
