  • Customers will need to bear the return shipping costs.

    When customers choose to pick up their orders at SF Express pickup stations or OK/7-11 convenience stores, please make sure to manually fill in your personal information instead of using the saved data on your mobile phone or computer to avoid any confusion. The auto-fill feature may overwrite the previously selected SF address, so please ensure that all information is entered manually.

    Once you successfully place your order, you will receive an email notification containing the order details and amount. Due to environmental considerations, we do not proactively print physical receipts, and we hope for your understanding.
