☕ What does it taste like?
This Mandheling drip bag coffee is medium roasted. It does not taste like the traditional dark roast Mandheling style, which is usually more bitter, heavy, and smoky.
At first sip, you may notice a gentle sweetness similar to ripe apple. The acidity is not high, and it is not the sharp lemon or orange peel type of acidity. In the middle, it has a tea-like note similar to oolong tea, with a clean taste and no obvious burnt bitterness.
The finish has a little vanilla, cinnamon, and herbal spice note. Overall, this is not a strongly fruity coffee. It is more tea-like, mild, and gently sweet.

- Recommended water amount:155–165ml; use 155ml for a stronger cup, or 160–165ml for a smoother cup
- Taste adjustment:If the tea-like bitterness or herbal note is too noticeable, lower the water temperature or add a little more water. If the taste is too light, reduce the total water amount.
- Cup suggestion:Use a taller cup. Remove the drip bag once it finishes dripping. Do not squeeze the bag, as it may bring out a dry or astringent finish.
