This Guatemala washed drip bag coffee is roasted to a medium roast. It does not taste like sharp lemon or orange peel acidity. Instead, it has a gentle sweetness similar to ripe apple, with a light fruit note that does not feel harsh or overly acidic.
In the middle, you may notice a clean sweetness similar to honey tea. The finish leaves a light black tea-like aftertaste. It is not a heavy or bitter coffee, making it suitable for those who enjoy fruity sweetness and tea-like aroma, but do not want a very acidic cup.
