This medium-dark roast centres on roasted nuts and cocoa chocolate, complemented by a caramel-like developed sweetness. Acidity stays in the background, while gentle cocoa bitterness balances the roasted sweetness. The finish carries lingering nutty and chocolate notes without becoming sharply acidic or heavily bitter.
The body is medium rather than particularly heavy, with balance between nutty, cocoa, sweet and coffee-bitter notes at the centre of the cup.
