"Kikkoman Soy Pulp Powder" is made from the "okara" (soy pulp) produced during the extraction of soy milk from soybeans, which is then dried into a powder. This powder is a dry, fine, and smooth granule that can be easily handled with a spoon and has a long shelf life.

Okara powder is rich in dietary fiber, soybean protein, and other nutritional components of soybeans, particularly boasting a high content of dietary fiber. One tablespoon of okara powder is roughly equivalent to about 1/2 of lettuce and provides twice the dietary fiber of soybean powder.

It has a mild soybean flavor that masks the typical bean odor and offers a delicate creamy texture. Easy to mix with water and dissolves in the mouth, it can be effortlessly incorporated into yogurt, smoothies, miso soup, and more to easily obtain the nutritional benefits of soybeans.

Delivery Arrangement：
