• Recommended Total Water: 155–160ml (for a more concentrated boozy aroma and sweetness: 155ml; for a softer cup: 160ml)
• For a More Noticeable Boozy Aroma: We recommend starting with 90°C water and 155ml, and enjoying it black. Smell the aroma immediately after brewing, then allow the coffee to cool slightly before drinking — the ripe fruit and subtle boozy notes are usually easier to distinguish as the temperature drops.
• Recommended Cup: Use a tall cup to prevent the drip bag from sitting in the brewed coffee for too long. Remove the bag once it has finished dripping and do not squeeze it.
