☕ What does it taste like?
This washed Ethiopia Guji Hambela G1 is roasted to a light-medium level. It has a clean, light body with a gentle white-floral aroma, followed by a soft ripe-fruit sweetness and mild acidity, with a subtle honeyed tea character through the middle.
The finish leaves a light black-tea impression without heavy bitterness, smokiness or dark-roast flavours. It is best enjoyed black, where its floral aroma, gentle fruit sweetness and tea-like finish are easier to notice.
