抹茶知識知多少
1. 綠茶≠抹茶
綠茶同抹茶都可以說多選春茶類型的茶葉進行蒸製，但它們不同於後期的製作方法。抹茶不像綠茶會進行鍋炒的過程，反而只會使用簡單的烘乾處理，再加工挑去葉脈，繼而碾碎成粉末狀。
2. 抹茶營養比綠茶高
- 含有脂溶性維生素A、D、E、K、鐵質、鈣質跟蛋白質，對細胞的生長及健康十分重要，有助調節體內的新陳代謝
- 含較多兒茶素、茶多酚等抗氧化成分（兒茶素愈濃，苦澀味愈重），增強身體免疫系統，對腸臟和心血管都有明顯的好處
