Return Policy

The refund process will be handled on the same day the returned product is successfully received. After the refund is processed successfully, customers will receive a notification via email or SMS from the system. The new item will be shipped out within 1-2 days after successfully receiving the returned product, and the shipping cost for the new item will be covered by us.
Once you successfully place your order, you will receive an email notification containing the order details and amount. Due to environmental considerations, we do not proactively print physical receipts, and we hope for your understanding.
