悶蒸可以算係沖泡掛濾咖啡最重要嘅一環
因為新鮮烘焙而成的咖啡豆仍有部分二氧化碳存在
悶蒸正正用嚟逼走會損壞咖啡風味嘅二氧化碳
所以20-30秒的悶蒸絕對不能輕視或忽略

方法:
1. 沿虛線位置撕開咖啡包
2. 輕輕拉開兩旁紙托,掛起咖啡包
3. 慢慢以旋轉方式例入熱水,第一泡先靜待20-30秒,即是對咖啡進行悶蒸,逼走會令咖啡變酸的二氧化碳,再倒入餘下熱水,到150-180ml即可享用~
